07/29/11 Everybody get dangerous (boo yah)
Acquired my 3,000th video game today. Looks like it took me about five years to get 1,000 games. If I continue the trend, it'll be 2016 by the time I hit 4,000. Ugh. Anyway, picked up Catherine as the 3,000th one.

I also picked up two more copies of Dragon Warrior because I can't stand seeing them in a pile of dirty games at a pawn shop. I had to save them!

11/20/10 We used to leave the blue lights on and there was a beat
Made it to 2,800 games today. Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals was the 2,800th one. I had the cashier ring up my games in a specific order (because I'm like that) and I didn't want the 2,800th one to be Prey the Stars.

I haven't said anything here in a while because my life has been a wreck for the past few months. I removed the link to my DVD Aficionado page because I can't bring myself to care anymore about a lot of things. I gave away probably half of my DVD collection. Still buying games, though. That won't stop.


06/07/10 Dig me up from what is covering the better part of me
I combined my Xbox Live Arcade games and Virtual Console games into my total collection which greatly increased my numbers. Figured I paid for them, they're games, might as well count them.

Also, over the weekend I found two more NES games I didn't own: The Addams Family and Spot: The Video Game.

No big deal.
